Riyadh police have arrested an Egyptian for harassing a TV broadcaster over a live telephone call from Taif. Col. Fawaz Al-Mayman, Riyadh Police spokesman, said the police had received a complaint from the executive director of a media channel about a caller who used abusive words to harass a female broadcaster. In response to the complaint, the Department of Investigation probed the communication details and eventually identified the location of the caller. The Taif police later took the 47-year-old Egyptian into custody, prior to his prosecution.
