Riyadh - SPA The Royal Court said in a statement announced here that due to the suffering of the Syrian brethren, especially evacuated from Aleppo and other areas, who have been displaced and because of the difficult situation they face as well as hurting times they pass, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud instructed to organize a people-driven campaign, Kingdom-wide, from Tuesday 28-03-1438 AH, to provide the fraternal Syrian people with aid. The King, also, ordered to dedicated SR 100 million for the campaign, meanwhile King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Works will coordinate with pertinent authorities to provide aid items, such as foodstuffs, drugs and shelters to receive the injured for treatment, furnished camps and prompt delivery of whole package wintertime aid. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques has initiated the campaign by donating SR 20 million for the campaign, while, the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif, for his part, donated SR 10 million, followed by the Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who donated SR 8 million, for the same cause.
