The beneficiary (Yemeni Expatriate) shall come personally to passport department in the area in which he resides after filling a prepared special form for this purpose. 5 - Presence of the host (whose the beneficiary's visit shall be registered) personally or his deputy mandated by a certified power of attorney after filling a prepared special form for this purpose. 6 - Passing medical examination in force in accordance to the residence regulation. 7 - The beneficiary shall be given a would-be renewable visit visa for a period of six months. 8 - The beneficiary shall be allowed to work in accordance with the rules in force by the Ministry of Labor through the system of (Ajeer) for companies and individuals via the following link www.ajeer.com.sa. 9 - The violator shall be exempt from fines and penalties usually incurred on violators of residence and work laws as well as shall be exempt from the formal impact (deportee's fingerprints). 10 - (992) and (19911) have been set for further inquiries in addition to e-mail (gdp.gov.sa@992) and ([email protected]). 11 - These laws shall be in force starting on Sunday 21/7/1436 H corresponding to 09/05/2015 until Tuesday, 09/20/1436 H corresponding to 06/07/2015.
