President Dr. Heinz Fischer of Austria received at his presidential office in Vienna today visiting Minister of Culture and Information of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja. During the visit, the minister conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the Austrian President and people. He also thanked the Austrian government for the facilities it has extended to make the Saudi Austrian Forum a success. For his part, the Austrian President thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for adopting the idea of dialogue among the followers of religions and cultures in the world, lauding the Kingdom of choosing the city of Vienna as headquarters for King Abdulaziz Center for Dialogue among the followers of religions and cultures in the world which he said would serve as a great player in narrowing the gap between cultures and civilizations and the followers of religions in the world. The President also lauded the convening of the Saudi Austrian Forum in Vienna which would contribute to enhancing bilateral relations between the two friendly countries. The audience was attended by Prince Mohammed bin Saud bin Khalid, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Information and Technology Affairs; Prince Mansour bin Khalid, Saudi ambassador to Austria; Dr. Abdulaziz bin Saleh bin Salamah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information for External Information and Fredrick Schwedt, Director of the Middle East Department at the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
