Under the patronage of the Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja, the "Out of Britain Art Show" was opened here today. The "Out of Britain Art Show" is organized by the British Council in cooperation with the National Museum in Riyadh during the period from April 23 to May 25, 2012. A speech ceremony was held on this occasion during which British Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Tom Phillips delivered a speech commending the relations between the two countries in various fields, and stressing that such an art show would enhance relations between the two countries. The "Out of Britain Art Show" is a collection of over 50 pieces by important 20th century British artists. The opening ceremony was attended by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information for International Cultural Relations Abdurrahman Al-Hazza'a; and a number of the Ministry's officials.
