Under Secretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information for Cultural Affairs, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Sabeel opened today the 1st Digital Plastic Arts exhibition of a group of female artists entitled "Problems of Human beings", organized by the Ministry's Agency for Cultural Affairs at the National Museum in the Riyadh-based King Abdulaziz Historical Center. Five Saudi female artists of the group participate with 50 paintings in the 10-days-long exhibition. Dr. Al-Sabeel said that this digital plastic arts exhibition underscores that the female artists in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are proceeding ahead with advances in the field of visual arts. "The patronage of the exhibition by the ministry shows its readiness to encourage female artists and encourage their imaginative and creative talents," he added. The opening ceremony was attended by Under Secretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information for International Cultural Relations, Dr. Abu Bakr Baqader and a number of officials of the Ministry.
