Saudi Assistant Foreign Minister Meets Japanese Foreign Minister

Prince Ambassador Khalid bin Saud bin Khalid, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia met here today Japan's Minister for Foreign Affairs Koichiro Gemba.
During the meeting, they reviewed the existing relations between the two friendly countries and means of enhancing bilateral cooperation. On its part, Japan confirmed its participation in the conference of the Friends of Yemen.
The meeting was attended by Undersecretary of Foreign Ministry for Protocol Affairs Ambassador Ala'eddin Al-Askari, Saudi Ambassador to Japan, Dr. Abdul-Aziz Turkistani, and a number of officials as well as Heads of missions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Eastern and South East Asian countries, Australia and New Zealand.
