Then the Cabinet discussed domestic matters and issued the following decisions: The Cabinet approved the Arab Agreement to combat information technology crimes. The meeting also authorized the President of the Saudi Commission for Wildlife and its Head of Board of Directors or his deputy to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on the Preservation and Management of Sea Cows wherever they are and the preservation and management plan prescribed by this MOU. The Cabinet approved the appointment of Saleh bin Ibrahim Al-Rasheed, Acting Director general of the Industrial Cities Commission and Technology Fields, as member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund instead of Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabee'a for the remaining period of his term in the Council. --More
