Japanese stocks rose Friday for the second day in a row with some exporters lifted by rallies on other Asian markets and Wall Street, as dpa reported. The benchmark Nikkei 225 Stock Average gained 113.2 points, or 1.19 per cent, to end at 9,637.99 while the broader Topix index was up 5.6 points, or 0.69 per cent, at 815.48. For the week, the Nikkei fell 0.52 per cent, and the Topix was down 1.24 per cent.
