A police spokesman say four people have died in a fire that destroyed a makeshift hut in which they were living in Spain's northeastern city of Barcelona. The spokesman said three men and a woman died in the blaze that started before dawn Monday. Spanish National Radio cited police at the scene as saying they were Romanians.
