GCC-Sponsored International Support-Meeting For Yemen Starts Works in Riyadh

The General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), hosted here today a special meeting to discuss the humanitarian situation in Yemen.
The meeting gathered the six GCC countries, the United Nations, the United States, the United Kingdom, other members of European Union and a number of countries and organizations which are active in providing humanitarian assistance to Yemen.
The one-day meeting is aimed at coordinating international efforts to support Yemen and discussed in a closed-door session how to deal with the (current) humanitarian situation in Yemen.
