International Islamic Relief Organization of Saudi Arabia (IIROSA), an affiliate of Muslim World League, has provided relief assistance for Syrian refugees in Lebanon and Jordan. The Organization has provided 1,600 Syrian refugee families with food baskets in Lebanon and 1,200 Syrian families in Jordan. Each family has received one food basket weighing 23 kilograms to meet its needs for one month. IIROSA Secretary General Dr. Adnan Basha has called on local, regional and international humanitarian relief organizations to provide relief assistance to Syrian refugees displaced from their country due to the current political unrest.
