The International Islamic Relief Organization of Saudi Arabia (IIROSA) distributed last year two million kilograms of selective relief materials to victims of drought in 22 countries from Asia and Africa, benefiting 29, 233 people. IIROSA's Secretary-General Dr. Adnan Basha said the Organization took the initiative to provide such assistance to rescue victims of the disasters, covering a number of orphans, widows, refugees and the displaced persons.
