Pakistan's Prime Minister Yousef Reza Jilani and Afghan President Hamid Karzai discussed during a meeting in Islamabad today bilateral relations between the two countries and current regional and international situations. Then they held a closed-door meeting during which efforts to convene an Afghan national reconciliation conference and ways to bring about security and stability in Afghanistan in addition to regional and international issues of mutual concern were discussed.
