The speakers of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states, assembling at the seventh session of OIC member states parliaments, hosted by Indonesian parliament, today valued the decisions made by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to expand the political and public participation of the Saudi women, and to enable them to vote and to be nominated to Majlis Al-Shoura and similarly to have the same rights in the municipal councils. Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Shiekh, Speaker of Majlis Al-Shoura of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led his country's delegation to the conference which was opened yesterday by the Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. -- SPA
