Speaker of Majlis Al-Shura Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh met here today Turkish Parliament Speaker Mohammad Ali Shahin. During the meeting, they reviewed ways of enhancing relations between the two countries, particularly in the economic fields. They also discussed prospects of parliamentary cooperation between Majlis Al-Shura and Turkish Parliament. The two sides stressed the important role of Saudi-Turkish Parliamentary Friendship Committee in supporting and strengthening the relations between the two countries. The meeting was attended by a number of officials. Following the meeting, the Turkish Parliament Speaker accompanied by the Speaker of Majlis Al-Shura toured Majlis Al-Shoura. Yesterday evening, Speaker of Majlis Al-Shura Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh held a dinner party in honor of Turkish Parliament Speaker Mohammad Ali Shahin and the accompanying delegation. The party was attended by a number of officials.
