Quds to allocate some of their annual budget, even if little, to support critical projects in their twinned city with Al-Quds. He added that the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) has a special responsibility towards Al-Quds, according to a latest press release of OIC. Israel, he said, is exploiting the laxity in the international community's policies to carry out its plans of depopulating the City of its citizens through expulsion and settlement, confiscation and control of Palestinians' homes.
