Saudi Press Agency (SPA) has started marketing and selling its news, photograph and advertising services to subscribers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad through its website www.spa.gov.sa, in accordance with regulations and fees for selling these services. SPA Director General Abdullah bin Fahd Al-Hussein pointed out that the Agency aims from these services to provide exclusive news and local and global news in an advanced new form to meet the wishes of various bodies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad. He noted that the Agency's services work round-the-clock on a daily basis to provide political, economic, sports, social, cultural news, special reports, and others in Arabic, English and French, as well as providing photograph services, short mobile messages SMS, and transmission services through mobile news tape on its website. Al-Hussein added that the ways and means of transference of SPA services requires that subscribers define the means of receiving services through one of the following: receiving services via satellite, receiving services through a file transfer system (FTP), receiving services through the agency's Website and via the Agency's news network (IP-VPN). SPA Director General added that the terms of subscriptions and advertisements can be reviewed through the Agency's Website www.spa.gov.sa, to get information on the fees for advertising spaces on the site, terms for the sales of SPA services and means of payment.
