Saudi Fund for Development has approved an agreement for financing the export of urea fertilizers produced by Saudi Basic Industries Corporation "SABIC" amounting to $ 100 million for Trade Commission of Pakistan. The agreement was signed in Islamabad last Thursday by Pakistani Secretary of Economic Affairs Division, Abdulwahid Rana and the Fund's Vice President and Managing Director Eng. Yousef bin Ibrahim Al-Bassam, In a press statement, Eng. Al-Bassam said that Saudi exports to Pakistan exceeded SR 12 billion, while Pakistani imports to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia amounted to SR 1.04 billion, noting that the total finances to Pakistan amounted to nearly SR 1,718 million since the launch of the program of the Fund in 1421AH to finance the exports of national non-oil goods and services.
