AlHijjah 18, 1432, Nov 14, 2011, SPA -- An earthquake measuring 6.5 on the Richter scale jolted Molucca Sea at 12:05 p.m. Beijing Time (GMT 0405) Monday, Xinhua quoted the China Earthquake Networks Center as saying. The epicenter, with a depth of 20 km, was monitored at 0.9 degrees south latitude and 126.9 degrees east longitude. The Hong Kong Observatory said the quake was a 6.8-magnitude quake while the USGS put it as 6.6 magnitude.
