Japanese emperor hospitalized due to bronchitis, fever

AlHijjah 10, 1432, Nov 6, 2011, SPA -- Japanese Emperor Akihito was hospitalized late Sunday as he was suffering from a severe case of bronchitis andpersistent fever, news reports said, dpa reported.
The 77-year-old emperor was admitted to Tokyo University Hospital,Kyodo News reported, citing the Imperial Household Agency.
The emperor, who will turn 78 in December, appeared to be fatigued and had lost some resistance to fight his illness, Kyodo reported.
