National Prevention of Blindness Committee Celebrates World Sight Day 2011

AlQa'dah 16, 1432, Oct 14, 2011, SPA -- Led by its Chairman Prince Abdulaziz bin Ahmed bin Abdulaziz, the National Prevention of Blindness Committee celebrated here today the World Sight Day, which falls annually, on the second Thursday of Oct.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) the National Coordinator to prevent blindness Saad Hajr Al-Ghamdi pointed out that the objective of this celebration is to spread awareness among the people on how to fight blindness in its early stages.
