AlQa'dah 6, 1432, Oct 4, 2011, SPA -- Ministers of Health of Eastern Mediterranean (EM) Region and heads of the participating delegations in the activities of EM Region Committee in its 58th session have valued here the efforts exerted by Prince Abdulaziz bin Ahmed bin Abdulaziz, Member of the Trustees Council and President of EM Region of the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB), in supporting the region's states to decrease the rates of those affected by blindness. On the occasion, Minister of Health Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabie'a and his Omani counterpart Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Obaid Al-Saeidi have expressed appreciation for the suggestion Prince Abdulaziz bin Ahmed bin Abdulaziz made and adopted by IAPB to establish an executive committee to oversee the implementation of its activities. -- SPA
