AlQa'dah 14, 1432, Oct 12, 2011, SPA -- Yemeni Foreign Minister Abu Bakr Al-Qirbi met here today with UN Resident Coordinator, UNDP Resident Representative, Pratibha Mehta on the occasion of the end of her tenure in Yemen. During the meeting, Al-Qirbi expressed appreciation of the UN role in Yemen, particularly in development and humanitarian areas, praising the efforts made by Mehta during her tenure in the country. The UN Resident Coordinator voiced her gratitude for the facilities the government has offered to her during carrying out the UN activities in Yemen.
