UAE official Receives U.S Special Envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan

AlQa'dah 6, 1432, Oct 4, 2011, SPA - UAE's Assistant Foreign Minister for International Organizations Saeed Mohammed Al Shamsi received here yesterday US special envoy for Afghanistan and Pakistan Mark Grossman.
During the meeting, they discussed matters of common concern to the U.S. and the UAE.
The meeting also dealt with the latest developments on the forthcoming conferences on Afghanistan, to be held in Istanbul and Bonn in the next two months.
US Ambassador to the UAE Michael Corbin attended the meeting, according to a report of the UAE news agency "WAM".
