British Foreign Secretary William Hague congratulated Muslims in Britain and all over the world on the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan.
In a message addressed to Muslims yesterday, he said "the values of Ramadan remind us of the principles, in which we all believe, including tolerance, justice, progress and dignity of all human beings."
