One person died and another 13 were hurt in a hurricane in Blagoveshchensk, Amur region, the regional emergency situations department told Itar-Tass by phone. "Fourteen people asked for medical aid after the hurricane in the center of Blagoveshchensk, and one of them died at hospital," the department said.
