Tropical Storm Dora is weakening as it moves northwest in the Pacific off Mexico. The U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami said Dora's top sustained winds dropped Saturday morning to 45 mph (72 kph). Dora was moving northwest at 9 mph (15 kph), and was expected to move parallel to the west coast of southern Baja, California. All storm warnings and watches had been canceled as of late Saturday morning, AP reported. Dora's center was 170 miles (274 kilometers) southwest of Cabo San Lucas. It's expected to weaken to a tropical depression later Saturday or early Sunday.
