Officials of Radios in The Cooperation Council For the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) began works of their 13th meeting at the headquarters of the GCC General Secretariat in Riyadh today. The meeting will focus on in-depth discussions of a number of topics related to the joint radio march of advancement including a Memorandum of the Secretariat on the strategy of the media that promotes activation of integrated works of the GCC states for 2010-2010, approved by the Supreme Council of the GCC leaders during their 31st Summit; another Memorandum on the role of radio programs in deepening the spirit of citizenship; the exchange of visits and meetings between officials from the GCC radios and broadcasters. The GCC is made up of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
