The 25th meeting of the GCC Standing Committee of Agricultural Laws and Policies will be held here on Tuesday at the Headquarters of the General Secretariat of the six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council. The two-day meeting will discuss numerous topics of interest for joint agricultural works, including a review of the unified lists of quarantine pests, as well as accession to the Convention on Plant Protection in the Near East, and other relevant topics. The GCC is made up of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
