Saudi Ambassador to Australia and New Zealand Hassan Talat Nazer stressed the safety of all Saudi students on scholarships and their families in the city of Christchurch, which was hit yesterday by a series of aftershock earthquakes. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), he pointed out that the embassy has been following up the situations of Saudi students and citizens in the areas struck by the aftershock earthquakes in coordination and cooperation with Saudi Consulate and Cultural Mission in Auckland and providing them with assistance.
