Palestinian President Mahmud Abbass reaffirmed here today Palestinian leadership insistence on taking its cause to the general assembly of the United Nations (UN) by next Septmber, if Israeli government continued to reject resumption of negotiation based on international legitimacy resolutions, according to dpa. During a meeting with former Norway Prime Minister Kuri Weilk, currently visiting Palestinian territories, Abbass pointed out here today that a time ceilling should be set up for any serious negotiations between the Palestinian and Israeli sides. He reiterated that the national reconciliation is an overriding Palesinian interest and it would contribute to push forward peace process, through materializing the unity of the Palestinian people and forming his sole government with a main task of reconstructing Gaza Strip and paving the way for holding, both presidential, egiselative elections and for Palestinian National Assembly (Palestinian wider in-exile parliament comprising inside as well as outside Palestinian representatives). -- SPA
