Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas arrived here today in response to an invitation extended to him by the US administration. Nabil Abu Redeina, the spokesman for the Palestinian presidency, said the Palestinians are ready to start serious negotiations which could pave the way for ending occupation in line with the statement of the Mideast Quartet and the resolutions of the international legitimacy.
