Minister of Higher Education Opens the Cultural Attaché Headquarters in Ankara

Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Anqari, Minister of Higher Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia opened here today the headquarters of the Cultural Attaché in the presence of the President of Turkish Council for Higher Education Professor Yousuf Dhia'a Ozgan, a number of dignitaries, Arab diplomats, Saudi scholarship students, businessmen and media men.
Following the ceremony, Dr. Al-Anqari met a number of Saudi students and discussed with them their demands.
Later on, he attended a dinner banquet held in his honor by Professor Ozgan
