The Saudi Cultural Mission hosted in the state of Maryland on Saturday, the graduation ceremony of the 4th batch of The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Program for Foreign Scholarship. More than 3,000 students graduating from universities from the United States of America this year participated in the ceremony. "The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Program for Foreign Scholarship began with 5,000 students and reached a total of over 120,000 students so far in the United States," said Dr. Khalid Al-Anqari, the Minister of Higher Education, in his opening speech. "The number of graduates this year surpassed 3,000 graduates," said Dr. Mohammed Al-Eissa, Saudi Cultural Attaché to the United States, adding that it is because of the high standards of the Program that the number of graduates continues to grow every year. The United States is the country with the largest number of Saudi students, with over 30,000 students enrolled this year in universities across the country.
