Dr. Haled Al-Anqari, Saudi Minister of Higher Education launched yesterday at the Saudi cultural attaché office here, the Unified system of the offices of cultural attaché which will facilitate students on scholarship at their residences abroad without going to their country's attaché office. This system will provide fast and accurate census and reports pertaining to students on scholarship. It will also organize the work of the attaché offices and link them with the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education. The ceremony was attended by a number of senior officials. Meanwhile, the visiting Minister of Higher Education toured on Friday Université des Sciences et Technologies de Lille also known as Université de Lille I, Université du Droit et de la Santé de Lille or Université de Lille II to get acquainted with the French level of education.
