Prosecutors have been alerted about the incident in the northern Russian town of Vologda. About 40 students immediately showed symptoms following the immunization against meningitis, reported Russian media. State-run TV said authorities have pulled the immunizing agent EnzeWir out of distribution. Health authorities said the reaction of the children was unusual.
