Awwal 10, 1432 / April 14, 2011, SPA -- Experimental synchronous operation for Al-Sila'a power station in the United Arab Emirates to check its readiness as part of the Arab Gulf Grid has proved to be successful, it was reported here today.
Following the result of yesterday's experiment, the UAE joins GCC power grid phase I countries including Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait.
