Akhir 17, 1432, March 22, 2011, SPA-- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a message to Malaysian Prime Minister Mohamed Najib bin Abdul Razak dealing with the bilateral relations between the two countries and other issues of common concern. The message was delivered to the Malaysian Prime Minister during a meeting here with Prince Bandar Ibn Sultan Ibn Abdulaziz, the Secretary General of National Security Council. The Prince also conveyed to the Prime Minister the greetings of King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz and his best wishes of steady progress for friendly relations existing between the two countries. During the meeting, they reviewed a number of issues, particularly the situation in the Gulf region and terrorism, as well as issues of economic cooperation between the two countries. In a statement issued by the Office of the Malaysian Prime Minister on Monday, Malaysia stressed its full support for the actions taken by the countries of the Cooperation Council for The Arab States of The Gulf (GCC) regarding the events recently occurred in the Kingdom of Bahrain to maintain the security and stability in the region and the safety of its citizens. The Malaysian Government also condemned all forms of terrorism and any terrorist acts seeking to undermine the security and stability of states.
