Prince Salman to Speak on Historical and Intellectual Fundamentals of Saudi State

Akhir 08, March 13, 2011 SPA -- Prince Salman Ibn Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh Province will deliver a keynote address on Historical and Intellectual and fundamentals of the Saudi State at Main Auditorium of Islamic University in Madinah on March 29.
"Prince Salman is the right person to highlight the history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its fundamentals in view of his close relationship to the study of the Kingdom's history and heritage through the King Abdulaziz Foundation Award and Studies in the History of the Arabian Peninsula," said Dr.Mohammed Ali Al Oqla, the President of the Islamic University.
"Moreover, Prince Salman has a personal interest in preserving the legacy of the Kingdom's history and culture as well as his encouragement to save the history of the Arabian Peninsula and to undertake the relevant studies in this context," he added.
A number of officials, scholars and media personnel will attend the lecture.
