Akhir 07, 1432 H/March 12, 2011, SPA -- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program has won the first Nibras Award awarded by the Internet Awards Academy in the Arab Region. Sultan bin Mohsen Al-Otaibi, General Manager of Information Technology at Ministry of Higher Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has received the prize during the distribution ceremony of prizes of the Arab E-Learning Shield held here last night by the Internet Awards Academy. Also, the official website of King Abdullah Project for Development of Public Education won the second prize of the best project in developing the education. During the ceremony, a number of universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Syria, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Lebanon were honored. King Abdulaziz University earned the prize of Strategic Education and King Saud University won the prize of Structural Innovation.
