News Agencies World Council Concludes Meeting

The News Agencies World Council (NAWC) concluded here today its 1st executive meeting to prepare for the 4th News Agencies World Congress due to be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2013.
The Director General of Saudi Press Agency (SPA) Abdullah Bin Fahad Al Hussein said that the meeting discussed the date of the 4th Congress in Riyadh; continual technological march prevailing in the world and its relation to news agencies; the need to invite senior officials from Google, Yahoo and others to listen to their proposals about future solutions for the technological side of news agencies.
