Executive Meetings of NAWC Kicked off

AlQa'dah 16, 1432, Oct 14, 2011, SPA -- The 2nd executive meetings of News Agencies World Council (NAWC) kicked off here today where a Saudi delegation led by Director General of Saudi Press Agency (SPA) Abdullah bin Fahad Al-Hussain.
In his speech to the executive meetings, Fahad Al-Hussain welcomed the members of NAWC to the 4th News Agencies World Congress due to be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2013.
He reviewed a suggested agenda of the 4th News Agencies World Congress.
The meeting was attended by Director General of Kuwait News Agency KUNA Sheikh Mubarak bin Duaij Al-Sabah; Secretary General of NAWC Farid Ayar; Director General of Press Association (AP) of London Clive Marshall; and a number of Directors of World News Agencies as well as representatives of News Agencies of Asian organizations and Latin America.
