Royal Decrees: King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz Issues A Number of Royal Decrees

Awwal 20, 1432, Feb 23, 2011, SPA -- The Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz issued today a number of royal decrees.
The following are the royal decrees:
First Decree:
-Support for the capital of Real Estate Development Fund with an additional amount of SR 40,000,000,000 to enable the Fund to meet the demands for loans.
-Exemption of all the deceased people from the Fund's loans installments for residential purposes.
-Exemption of all borrowers from the Fund for residential purposes from two installments for a period of two years.
-The Ministry of Finance shall compensate the Fund for the amounts of the exempted loans installments.
