Awwal 17, 1432, Feb 20, 2011, SPA -- Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari has underlined the need for joint efforts to enhance the level of bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and Britain in various areas of common interest. During a meeting in Islamabad with the leader of British ruling party Baroness Sayeeda Hussain Warsi, President Zardari said "We must work to strengthen bilateral trade and economic relations, cultural and political ties as well as cooperation in security fields." A spokesman of the presidential palace said that the two sides reviewed a number of issues of common concern and the current situation in the region and the latest developments at regional and international arenas.
