Awwal 12, 1432, Feb 15, 2011, SPA -- A small commercial airliner crashed near Tegucigalpa, the capital, killing at least 13 people, a Honduran airline official said Monday. Central American Airlines manager Felix Pacheco said their airplane crashed Monday morning during a routinely scheduled daily flight. CAA owner Dan Ibanks said the airplane departed the coastal city of San Pedro Sula at 7:00 a.m. local time (1300 GMT) and was scheduled to land in Tegucigalpa 40 minutes later.
