In implementation of the orders of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud that all concerned authorities should provide the most possible assistance to those harmed or trapped in Jeddah floods, Governor of Makkah Province Prince Khalid Al-Faisal thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques who showed all the attention and shared his sons all responsibility and all the interest in this great city. In a statement to Saudi Television's First Channel, Prince Khalid said that the rainfall amounts yesterday in Jeddah were very large, amounting to about 114 mm and this amount is very large. He added that this is not an excuse to what was happening in the streets of Jeddah. Prince Khalid thanked Allah Almighty that there is not any deaths until this moment. Prince Khalid also asserted for all citizens that the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in this evening will be taken very seriously and will be carried out literally.
