Janadriah, Outskirts of Riyadh, March 5, 2010, SPA -- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, received at his ranch here today Prince Khalid Alfaisal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Makkah region and President of Committee of Investigation and Fact-Finding into the causes of catastrophic floods of Jeddah as well as members of the Committee and its Secretary General. During the audience, Prince Khalid Alfaisal bin Abdulaziz handed over the Committee's report to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. Then, the King watched a film on the catastrophic floods of Jeddah and was briefed on explanations of illustrative maps on the amount of rain that fell on the city of Jeddah, resulting in deaths, casualties and damage in homes and cars. During the reception, all attendees listened to the prudent directives and views of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, regarding the tragedy of Jeddah. The King expressed appreciation of and thanks to the President of the Committee and all its members for their efforts to prepare this report, praying to Allah Almighty to protect the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all Muslim lands from disasters.
