As many as 1,400 people in the Republic of Mali , West Africa, have benefitted from a new Water-Well, digged with the assistance of WAMY (World Assembly of Muslim Youth) in Malian Village of Tiobogo - Kolokani, located at a distance of 120 km from the capital city of Bamako. A report of WAMY Office in Mali disclosed that the new Water-Well is digged at a depth of 14 meters and consists of 25 drums and fitted with a hand-pump to provide drinking water to residents of the village who are experiencing the scarcity of water resources. It is worth mentioning that WAMY, earlier carried out another scheme of digging a number of Water-Wells and assisted in the construction of 4 Mosques for the benefit of the citizens of the Republic of Mali.
