The World Assembly of Muslim Youths (WAMY) has recently constructed two technical institutes for boys and girls in the republic of Mali. Al Almal (Hope)Technical institute for boys is accommodating 165 students in the disciplines of accounting, computers, construction drawing and electricity while the Al Salam (peace) technical Institute for Girls enrolling 170 students majoring in accounting, housekeeping, computer and sewing. WAMY provide these institutions with all educational items such as computers, printers, sewing machines, kitchen utensils, refrigerators, copiers and scanners, and others. Saudi Ambassador in Bamako Fawaz Al-Temyat hailed the charitable efforts undertaken by the World Assembly of Muslim Youth in the Republic of Mali (West Africa), which had a significant impact on the Malian people, especially in the field of education.
